Alanya TEKMER A.Ş. is a Technology Development Center (TEKMER) founded on October 15, 2024 with project support from Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye).

Alanya TEKMER is a Technology Development Center on the Kestel Campus of Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. It operates under the KOSGEB İŞGEM/TEKMER Support Program.
Our mission is to give entrepreneurs, startups and technology companies in Antalya, Isparta and Burdur a place to grow, to put the region's science and technology potential to work, and to support sustainable economic growth.

TEKMER gives entrepreneurs space, consulting and access to networks through pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation.

Pre-incubation
The entrepreneur has not yet founded a company and works on the business idea, the business plan and a prototype.

Incubation
The new company works from an office or coworking desk at TEKMER and grows with consulting and mentoring. Space is allocated for the duration of the project.

Post-incubation
After graduating from TEKMER, the company continues to receive support with market entry, investment and partnerships.

Benefits for companies at TEKMER
The main incentives available to TEKMER companies under Law No. 5746 on Supporting Research, Development and Design Activities.
- 80%–95%
Income tax withholding incentive
Income tax on the wages of R&D and support staff is waived at 95% for PhD holders, 90% for master's degree holders and 80% for others.
- 50%
Employer social security premium support
Half of the employer's share of social security premiums for R&D and support staff is paid by the Treasury.
- 100%
R&D deduction
All R&D and innovation expenditure can be deducted when calculating corporate or commercial income.
- Exempt
Stamp duty exemption
Documents issued for R&D activities and staff wages are exempt from stamp duty.

What is TEKMER?
TEKMER are structures in which services such as business development, access to financial resources, management, consultancy, mentoring, office provision and participation in networks are provided to entrepreneurs and businesses during the pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation processes.
These processes are as follows:
- Pre-incubation: Training, consultancy, mentoring, project idea validation and business development services provided to entrepreneurs who have not yet established a business, either individually or as a group,
- Incubation: Training, technical consultancy, mentoring, coaching, access to networks, finding investors, workplace/work area services, shared-use space/equipment/software services, promotional services and the accelerator programme offered to support the development of entrepreneurs or businesses and the commercialisation of project/business ideas,
- Post-incubation: Market strategy development, management, growth strategy, fundraising and network access services provided to businesses that have completed or are about to complete the incubation process, as well as experience sharing, mentoring, coaching, funding and similar services and accelerator programmes offered by these businesses to those in the pre-incubation/incubation process.
How Can I Apply to TEKMER?

How does the process work after an application?
After you submit an application, our Executive Committee examines the projects in detail. Entrepreneur candidates and companies found successful following the committee’s decision are invited to an interview, and those selected are entitled to participate in the relevant programme and benefit from all opportunities that will be offered.
